Uzbekistan thrash Bahrain

Uzbekistan moved to within a point of Group H leaders DPR Korea after scoring four second-half goals to defeat Bahrain 4-0. White Wolves had advantage during the game, but they couldn`t use moments in the first half. Bikmaev, Akhmedov and Djeparov didn`t score from good chances.
Sergeev break the deadlock in the beginning of the second half. Uzbekistan scored 3 goals during 13 minutes, 52-65 minutes. Sergeev put the visitors 1-0 up seven minutes into the second half after good play Andreev and Bikmaev.

Odil Ahmedov doubled Uzbekistans advantage five minutes later before Sardor Rashidov, who made it 3-0 in the 66th minute after corner kick.
Late substitute Eldor Shomurodov scored first goal for national team. Another substitute player Khasanov sent ball him in penalty area and Eldor didn`t miss a chance.
Uzbekistan points tally to nine, one less than DPR Korea who being held to a goalless draw at home by the Philippines in Thursdays other Group H fixture.
Uzbekistan will play with DPR Korea in the next match on November 12 in Tashkent.
